Do you have different options for packages?

I don’t see pricing on the site, why is that?
Needs vary based on the type of business, the service, and the users. It’s impossible to give a number without a risk assessment.
How long is the initial contract for?
There is a minimum contract of 1 year, typical contracts are 3 years. We do offer a 60-day trial period. The Break-Fix Model has zero commitment, cancel at any time.
What’s the right time to reach out to you?
The right time is when things are going good, before any problems arise! Once you suffer a data breach, it’s much more complicated to get things under control.
Do you keep updated with new industry guidelines?
Yes, absolutely. It’s a must in this industry to stay ahead of the changes.
Is onboarding a huge hassle?
As long as we have access to your systems, there’s not much that has to be done on your end. You can expect it to take up to 30 days, depending on how many users, and we make sure your daily operations are not interrupted.
